Refund Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction. In case something goes wrong, our refund policy covers the following:

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective/damaged product

  • Food spilled or spoiled during transit

Refund Process:

  • Raise a complaint via app or support

  • Our team will verify the issue and schedule a pickup

  • Refund is processed within 5 minutes post-verification

Refund Mode:
Refunds are issued to your UPI or bank account directly.
