Orders can only be placed through the official ShopNeu mobile application or authorized website.
Orders placed through any third-party platform will not be considered valid under our service policy.
By placing an order, you confirm that all provided details (name, address, contact number) are accurate and complete.
All deliveries are managed through our in-house delivery network SpeedX to ensure fast, secure, and reliable service.
Delivery time estimates are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
Customers are expected to be available at the delivery location at the time of arrival.
Failure to receive the order may result in cancellation without refund.
Food orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.
Once the order is prepared and dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
After delivery, cancellation is strictly not allowed under our Food Rescue Policy (to prevent food wastage and misuse).
Cancellation requests will only be considered within 1 hour of placing the order, and only for genuine and valid reasons such as:
Spoiled or spilled food
Wrong item delivered
Defective or damaged product
Missing items
All refund requests are subject to verification by our support team. ShopNeu reserves the right to approve or reject refund claims after investigation.
All prices listed in the app are transparent and final at the time of checkout.
Prices are displayed with real product images and real-time updates.
Payment must be completed via available payment methods at checkout (online or Cash on Delivery, where applicable).
ShopNeu reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
By using ShopNeu, you agree to:
Provide correct delivery details
Cooperate with delivery personnel
Avoid misuse of refund or cancellation policies
Not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Any misuse, repeated false complaints, or fraudulent refund attempts may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
ShopNeu shall not be held liable for:
Delays caused by external factors
Indirect or consequential losses
Minor variations in food taste, packaging, or presentation
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed.
Services are available only in selected locations.
ShopNeu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
